چکیده
In this study, a coordinated voltage control strategy based on model predictive (MPC) is proposed for offshore radial DC-connected wind farms. Two modes are designed in strategy. the economic operation mode, farm controller generates optimal active power references as well bus of medium-voltage collector turbine (DCWT) systems and high-voltage DC/DC converters, where goal to minimize losses inside ensure that voltages within feasible range, all while tracking references. main objective deviations from rated voltage. With MPC, constraints can be explicitly represented optimization problem considering dynamic response DCWT system. addition, sensitivity coefficient calculation method farms developed improve computational efficiency. Finally, with 20 turbines used demonstrate performance

This paper proposes an MPC - based (model predictive control) scheme to control active and reactive powers of DERs (distributed energy resources) in a grid - connected mode (either through a bus with its associated loads as a PCC (point of common coupling) or an MG (micro - grid)). DER may be a DG (distributed generation) or an ESS (energy storage system). In the proposed scheme, the set - poin...

This paper presents an improved grid voltage control strategy for wind farms with doubly-fed induction generators (DFIGs) connected to distribution networks based on an analysis of the operation limits of DFIG systems. A modified reactive power limit calculation method in different operation states is proposed and a reactive power control strategy during grid voltage dips/rises is further discu...
